Il comporte : - des capteurs liés au bâtiment et aptes à la détection de terminaux mobiles de type smartphone connectés à un réseau global, lesdits capteurs étant distribués dans le bâtiment ; - lesdits capteurs comportant des moyens de transmission de données de détection ; - une unité de traitement des données comportant des moyens de stockage de données et des moyens de traitement de données ; - des moyens de liaison de l’unité de traitement avec les capteurs, les terminaux et les moyens de commande des moyens de gestion du bâtiment.
