L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) d'entretien d'une chaîne à rouleaux de bicyclette, comprenant un corps (10) présentant un espace d'accueil (100) de la chaîne à rouleaux, le corps intégrant : - des moyens d'application d'un dégraissant (2) ; - des moyens de nettoyage mécanique (3) de la chaîne à rouleaux, les moyens de nettoyage mécanique comprenant au moins une brosse rotative ; - des moyens d'application d'un lubrifiant (4) intégrés dans le corps ; - un mécanisme de transmission (5), au moins un des moyens d'application d'un dégraissant, des moyens de nettoyage mécanique et des moyens d'application d'un lubrifiant est débrayable.
