L'invention concerne un insert (10) destiné à équiper un corps creux (1) d'un capot d'un flacon de distribution d'un produit fluide, ledit insert (10) comprenant : - une plateforme (11) comprenant une face supérieure (12) délimitée par un pourtour périphérique (13) et présentant un axe central (X) ; - une jupe (16) s'étendant selon l'axe central (X) depuis la plateforme (11) et présentant une surface extérieure ; - un volume (17) vide définit par : - une base correspondant à une surface de la face supérieure (12) comprise entre d'une part le pourtour périphérique (13) et d'autre part une jointure entre la plateforme (11) et la surface extérieure de la jupe (16), et - une hauteur correspondant à la hauteur de la jupe (16) ; l'insert (10) comprenant également des moyens de remplissage (18,18',19) du volume (17).
