Abstract
Méthode de contrôle en mode continu de la régulation de la température dans un four de reformage pour la mise en œuvre d’un procédé de reformage, le four contenant des tubes de reformage munis de catalyseur de reformage et au moins un brûleur, le procédé de reformage comprenant au moins les étapes d’alimentation des tubes de reformage munis de catalyseur de reformage avec un mélange gazeux de reformage, alimentation du au moins un brûleur en combustible et comburant, combustion du mélange combustible et comburant au sein du au moins un brûleur de sorte à fournir aux tubes de la chaleur pour le reformage, reformage du mélange gazeux d’alimentation pour produire un gaz de synthèse, la méthode utilisant un système de contrôle de distribution (DCS) dédié au dit contrôle pour assurer le réglage de l’alimentation des brûleurs ainsi que celle des tubes, et la méthode comprenant au moins les étapes de réalisation en continu de au moins une mesure de température de tube de reformage contenu dans le dit four, utilisation de la au moins une mesure de température de tube de reformage pour générer une valeur de température utilisée comme indicateur TIC pour le DCS, ajustement de l’alimentation en combustible et/ou comburant du au moins un brûleur, et/ ou ajustement de l’alimentation en mélange de gaz à reformer en réponse à la mesure de ladite température de tube.
