Abstract
[Il s’agit d’un procédé et d’un dispositif de méthanisation à partir d’une boue (21) liquide organique comportant de façon connue dans un digesteur (47, 100) une étape d’hydrolyse/acidogenèse de la boue, une étape d’acétogenèse pour production d’acétate à partir de la boue hydrolysée et une étape de méthanogenèse à partir des acétates pour produire du méthane. Il comporte une étape initiale de création d’une émulsion de boue (23) hydrolysée, obtenue par choc de la boue avec du gaz (27) injecté dans ladite boue, puis alimentation en continu avec ladite boue hydrolysée d’un réacteur (25, 101) pressurisé en ligne par rapport au digesteur, avant évacuation du réacteur via un organe (29) générant une perte de charge pour alimentation du digesteur.
