Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un objet comprenant une partie en polymère (10), comprenant une insertion d’une âme (4) à travers un élément mobile (3) par un trou (7) traversant l’élément mobile (3), une insertion de la partie en polymère (10) dans un moule (1) à l’intérieur duquel est disposé l’élément mobile (3), de sorte que la partie en polymère (10) soit en contact de l’élément mobile (3) d’un premier côté (18) de l’élément mobile (3), un déplacement de l’élément mobile (3) dans le moule (1) par exercice sur l’élément mobile (3) d’une force provenant de la partie en polymère (10), de telle sorte que l’élément mobile (3) coulisse le long de l’âme (4), l’élément mobile (3) contraignant à une entrée du trou (7) sur le premier côté (18), à chaque instant et au fur et à mesure du déplacement de l’élément mobile (3), la position (6) de la partie de l’âme (4) en train d’être recouverte de polymère (10) à cet instant.
