Abstract

La présente invention concerne la souche de Lactobacillus helveticus VFH049 déposée à la CNCM sous le numéro d’ordre CNCM-I-5403 et ses mutants et variants présentant au moins 80% d’identité, de préférence au moins 90% d’identité, de préférence au moins 95% d’identité avec le génome de ladite souche VFHD49 et capables de produire au moins un peptide correspondant aux séquences SEQ ID 44 à SEQ ID NO 86 et/ou capables d’augmenter l’absorption intestinale du calcium. La présente invention concerne également un peptide isolé, un mélange de peptides et des produits et composition associés
