Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce en cuivre comprenant au moins les étapes successives suivantes :a) Mise en forme d’une pièce par stéréolithographie, la mise en forme étant réalisée en :a1) formant une couche de pâte comprenant une poudre de particules en cuivre, un ou plusieurs précurseurs photopolymérisables d’une première résine, un photoamorceur et, éventuellement, un additif optique, a2) photopolymérisant le ou les précurseurs photopolymérisables de la première résine, les étapes a1) et a2) formant un cycle pouvant être répété plusieurs fois,b) Réalisation d’un premier traitement thermique, sous une atmosphère oxydante contenant au moins 10% volumique d’un oxydant, tel que le dioxygène, à une première température Td de manière à éliminer la première résine,c) Réalisation d’un second traitement thermique, sous une atmosphère réductrice, à une deuxième température Tf, supérieure à la première température Td, de manière à fritter les particules en cuivre pour obtenir une pièce en cuivre.
