Abstract

Le procédé de recyclage et de valorisation de boues de béton comprend une étape de traitement des boues de béton consistant à séparer des granulats, contenus dans les boues de béton, de l’eau chargée en laitance contenue dans les boues de béton ; une étape de clarification et d’assèchement consistant à clarifier l’eau chargée en laitance qui a été séparée lors de l’étape de traitement des boues de béton et à assécher la laitance contenue dans l’eau chargée en laitance ; une première étape d’utilisation consistant à utiliser les granulats séparés en tant que matière première pour la fabrication de béton ; et une deuxième étape d’utilisation consistant à utiliser au moins une partie de l’eau clarifiée issue de l’étape de clarification et d’assèchement en tant que matière première pour la fabrication de béton.
