Abstract

Dispositif de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage d’une batterie de véhicule électrique. L’invention concerne Dispositif destiné à être utilisé dans un circuit de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage d’une batterie de véhicule automobile électrique ou hybride, comprenant :-une enveloppe externe constituée d’une composition comprenant : - de 20 à 65% en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition de fibres de renfort, qui ne présentent pas de propriétés de conduction thermique -le complément étant une matrice comprenant majoritairement au moins un polyamide et- une enveloppe interne disposée en regard de la batterie et destinée à être en contact avec un fluide réfrigérant constituée d’une composition comprenant : - de 5 à 65% en poids par rapport au poids total de la composition de fibres de renfort, - de 10 à 20% en poids par rapport au poids total d’au moins un composant thermiquement conducteur, lorsque les fibres de renfort utilisées ne sont pas thermiquement conductrices, - au moins un agent ignifugeant, et - le complément étant une matrice comprenant majoritairement au moins un polyamide choisi parmi les polyamides semi-aromatiques et les polyamides constitués de motifs présentant un nombre moyen d' atomes de carbone par atome d' azote allant de 7 à 10 , avantageusement de 7,5 à 9,5- une entrée de fluide de transfert de chaleur ; et- une sortie de fluide de transfert de chaleur, le dispositif délimitant un volume de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage de la batterie.
