Formulation comprenant un matériau semiconducteur organique de type p et un matériau semiconducteur de type n La présente description concerne une formulation comprenant un matériau semiconducteur organique de type p, un matériau semiconducteur de type n et un solvant non aqueux, la concentration du matériau semiconducteur organique de type p étant comprise entre 4 mg/mL et 25 mg/mL par millilitre de solvant et la proportion entre le matériau semiconducteur organique de type n et le matériau semiconducteur organique de type n variant de 1:1 à 1:2 en poids.
