L’invention présente un dispositif de distribution d’un liquide caractérisé en ce qu’il est constitué par : - un socle (100) présentant un bossage (120), une cavité cylindrique (121) pour l’engagement du goulot d’une bouteille, et une partie avant (110) concave communiquant avec ladite cavité cylindrique (121) par une gorge (115), - Un cache ajourée flexible (200) est disposé au-dessus du réservoir (110), présentant un différentiel inferieur par rapport au réservoir et retenu par une languette.
