Abstract
L’invention concerne un capteur infrarouge comportant un ensemble de pixels (11) juxtaposés en lignes et en colonnes, chaque pixel intégrant un micro-bolomètre d’imagerie (Rac) et un montage intégrateur comportant : un transistor (N4) monté en amplificateur ; et un condensateur (Cint) monté en contre-réaction sur ledit transistor entre un nœud de sortie (No) et un nœud d’intégration (Ne) ; ledit nœud d’intégration étant connecté à un transistor d’ébasage (P1) fonctionnant en miroir de courant avec un transistor de commande d’ébasage déporté en dehors dudit pixel, un courant d’ébasage (Ic m) traversant ledit transistor de commande d’ébasage étant commandé en fonction de la température d’au moins un micro-bolomètre thermalisé, ledit montage en miroir de courant permettant de transmettre ledit courant d’ébasage traversant ledit transistor de commande d’ébasage sur ledit nœud d’intégration de sorte que ledit condensateur intègre la différence entre un courant (Iac) traversant ledit micro-bolomètre d’imagerie et ledit courant d’ébasage.
