Abstract

Dispositif (1) de stockage et de restitution de froid comportant des éléments eutectiques (4) tels que des plaques de liquide eutectique, caractérisé en ce qu’il forme une enceinte (10) fermée et thermiquement isolée, et comprenant un volume de fluide caloporteur, un empilement d’éléments eutectiques (4) baignés dans le fluide caloporteur, au moins une entrée pour l’arrivée du fluide caloporteur dans l’enceinte et au moins une sortie pour la sortie du fluide caloporteur une fois refroidi par les éléments eutectiques, et en ce qu’il comporte des moyens (6) de détermination de l’état de charge en froid des éléments eutectiques.
