Procédé de fabrication d’un revêtement intérieur bicolore pour véhicule automobile Le procédé de fabrication comporte : - une étape de bouclage de premières fibres (15) au moyen d’un dispositif de bouclage comportant un ensemble de disques tournants et d’éléments fixes de bouclage, - une étape d’accumulation des boucles formées par le bouclage, dans un convoyeur équipé de brosses, agencé en sortie du dispositif de bouclage, - une étape de dépôt d’une nappe de renfort, formée de secondes fibres (17), sur les boucles accumulées dans les brosses, - une étape d’aiguilletage de la nappe de renfort et des boucles, afin de les solidariser, et - une étape de tonte des boucles Les premières fibres (15) présentent une première couleur, et les secondes fibres (17) présentent une seconde couleur différente de la première couleur.
