Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage de transport de type enveloppe/étui à calage intégré réalisé à partir d'un matériau en feuille et obtenu à partir d'un composant unique par enroulement d'un calage intérieur à épaisseurs multiples et de son prolongement, au moyen d'un panneau de liaison, par une enveloppe extérieure pourvue de rabats de fermeture. Les articulations curvilignes des panneaux de redoublement des parois et en double zigzag permettent de faciliter le pliage du calage et son enroulement en réduisant les épaisseurs au niveau des arêtes du calage lui-même et des arêtes de l'enveloppe qui entoure ce calage. L'invention est applicable à tout contenu à protéger des chocs et des chutes, objet en verre ou à base de matériau cassant tel la terre cuite, moulage alimentaire, embouti métallique, ou encore bouteille de vin à expédier par messagerie ou paquet postal à l'unité.
