Abstract

L’invention concerne un élément chaussant (1) comportant : une tige (4) comportant : une claque (2) configurée pour maintenir un cou-de-pied d’un pied, un arrière-pied (6) configuré pour maintenir le talon du pied, une semelle (3) comportant une semelle supérieure (7) solidaire de la claque et une semelle inférieure (8) solidaire de l’arrière-pied, la semelle supérieure (7) et la semelle inférieure (8) comportant une portion de liaison (9) permettant un pivotement de l’une par rapport à l’autre, pour que l’élément chaussant (1) puisse passer d’une position fermée à une position ouverte,l’une de la semelle supérieure (7) et de la semelle inférieure (8) comportant un élément magnétique (10, 11) et l’autre comportant un matériau (11, 10) apte à être attiré par l’élément magnétique (10, 11), la semelle supérieure (7) et la semelle inférieure (8) étant agencées de sorte que dans la position fermée, l’élément magnétique (10, 11) exerce une force d’attraction sur le matériau (11, 10).
