Abstract

L’invention concerne un Procédé de gazéification en eau supercritique d’un co-digestat, le procédé comprenant :- l’injection du co-digestat, à une température T2 dans un réacteur de gazéification en eau supercritique (10),- l’écoulement, en sortie du réacteur, d’un flux supercritique (FS) comprenant de l’eau et les espèces gazeuses, le chauffage du réacteur étant assuré par la circulation d’un flux d’air chaud (FAC), fourni par une chaudière, entrant dans un circuit de chauffage du réacteur à une température T5 et ressortant de circuit de chauffage par une conduite de sortie (21S) à une température T6, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le flux d’air chaud (FAC) à la température T6 s’écoule de la conduite de sortie (21S) vers un premier échangeur (30) de chaleur dans lequel un préchauffage d’un flux d’air, destiné à être chauffé par la chaudière, est exécuté par échange thermique entre le flux d’air chaud (FAC) et le flux d’air.
