Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de synthèse en voie sèche d’un luminophore de formule Ax[BFy]:C comprenant une étape de fourniture d’une composition initiale comprenant au moins deux précurseurs de synthèse et au moins une source de dopage chimique, une étape de chauffage de la composition initiale jusqu’à une température de fluoration, une étape de traitement sous atmosphère de fluor de la composition obtenue à l’issue de l’étape de chauffage et une étape de retour à la température ambiante sous atmosphère inerte.
