Abstract

Dispositif actionneur pneumatique ou hydraulique destiné à provoquer un mouvement angulaire limité ou à récupérer l’énergie apportée au dispositif par un effort externe par l’utilisation de capsules souples gonflables agissant sur des ailettes organisées en charnières.Suivant certaines caractéristiques de l’invention, ces dispositifs sont capables de fournir ou de subir des efforts importants sous un encombrement limité avec des technologies fiables et économiques. Le fluide utilisé, porteur de l’énergie motrice ou réceptrice, peut être un gaz ou un liquide, même agressif comme de l’eau de mer, dont l’usage serait impropre dans une installation basée sur des vérins et pompes hydrauliques ou pneumatiques à haute pression traditionnelles.Le brevet porte sur l’agencement des divers éléments de ces charnières actives pour un usage isolé ou en chaines, sur les particularités des alimentations en fluides pour une meilleur fiabilité et facilité de maintenance, pour contrôler facilement les débattements angulaires requis et pour réaliser les capsules souples utilisées.Le domaine d’application de ces capsulines est le même que celui des vérins hydrauliques ou pneumatiques traditionnels avec des possibilités nouvelles liées à leur géométrie largement autoporteuse et leur coût et rusticité plus favorables en milieu hostile.
