Abstract

L’invention se rapporte à un matelas pour des lits adaptés avec au moins une première zone d’appui de tête-dos et une deuxième zone d’assise de fesses, qui peuvent former entre elles une pluralité d’angles. Le matelas comprend un premier demi-matelas inférieur et un deuxième demi-matelas supérieur moins épais que le premier. Les semi-matelas sont liés par leurs deuxièmes parties d’assise de fesses. Les faces opposées des premières parties d’appui de tête-dos du premier demi-matelas et du deuxième demi-matelas comprennent des moyens de coulissement mutuel qui assurent le coulissement de la première partie d’appui de tête-dos du deuxième demi-matelas par rapport à la première partie d’appui de tête-dos du premier demi-matelas lorsque la zone d’appui de tête-dos du matelas s’incline par rapport à la zone d’assise de fesses lors du passage de la position de repos à une position opérationnelle.
