Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’estolides ester à partir d’un acide hydroxycarboxylique, par une réaction d’addition d’un acide gras sur la fonction hydroxyle et par une réaction d’estérification de la fonction acide carboxylique par un alcool. L’invention concerne également l’utilisation des estolides ester comme huile de base dans une composition lubrifiante ou comme émollient dans une composition cosmétique ou pharmaceutique.
