Abstract

Titre de l'invention : Personnalisation de badges d’accès à des locaux. Dispositif de procédé de personnalisation de badges par un terminal individuel de communication de type smartphone, en vue d’une habilitation à accéder à un espace dont l’accès est réservé, dans un système comportant lesdits badges, au moins un serveur comportant des programmes de gestion de données comportant des informations sur des propriétaires de terminaux de communication et sur des espaces dont l’accès est réservé, au moins un espace de stockage de données intégré ou relié au système, des moyens d’émission et de réception de données entre d’une part au moins un serveur et au moins un terminal et d’autre part entre au moins un terminal et au moins un badge, chaque terminal étant doté d’une application de personnalisation de badges. Ce procédé comporte les étapes d’enregistrement par un gestionnaire du système, dans un espace de stockage de données du système, d’un propriétaire de terminal habilité à recevoir au moins un badge ; d’envoi par le gestionnaire du système d’un code au propriétaire enregistré via un canal accessible en dehors du terminal ; de téléchargement par le propriétaire enregistré de l’application de personnalisation de badges ; de validation du code par l’application pour lier un espace réservé à un propriétaire enregistré ; de création par le propriétaire enregistré d’un compte utilisateur géré par un programme d’un serveur du système ; d’envoi d’au moins un badge au propriétaire enregistré ; d’envoi, via un serveur du système, de données de programmation liées au compte utilisateur et permettant de programmer le ou les badges envoyés ; et de programmation du ou des badges par le terminal individuel au moyen du terminal individuel muni de l’application téléchargée.
