Abstract

TITRE : Système d’injection d’une matière plastique, procédé de fabrication d’une pièce injectée . Système d’injection (1) d’au moins une matière plastique assisté par fluide pour la fabrication d’une pièce injectée, le système comportant au moins un moule (2) et une unité d’alimentation (3) en matière plastique comportant au moins une buse d’injection (4), apte à mettre en œuvre d’une part l’injection de matière plastique dans l’empreinte (21) et d’autre part la rétro-injection de matière plastique superflue, au moins une buse d’alimentation (5), apte à injecter un fluide sous pression dans la matière plastique injectée, un moyen de réception (6) d’une masselotte de matière plastique et un dispositif de distribution (7) configuré diriger sélectivement la matière plastique vers la buse d’injection (4), en vue de sa rétro-injection, ou vers le moyen de réception (6).
