Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'impression d'un objet dans un volume de composition photoréactive à partir d'une image de l'objet à imprimer, image définie par une matrice de pixels comprenant une pluralité de pixels éclairés adjacents définissant l'objet à imprimer, procédé d'impression caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes, consistant à : - décomposer (ET2) l'image en une séquence de mosaïques, chaque mosaïque étant définie par une matrice de pixels comprenant une pluralité de groupes de pixels éclairés adjacents autrement nommés aplats, une superposition de toutes les mosaïques de la séquence permettant de reconstituer l'image de l'objet à imprimer, et - projeter (ET3), selon une direction axiale, successivement chacune des mosaïques de la séquence de mosaïques dans le volume de composition photoréactive. L'invention concerne également une imprimante adaptée pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé d'impression tel que décrit ci-dessus. Application à l'impression 3D à deux photons à résolution submicronique.
