Abstract

Procédé de sécurisation d’une position angulaire d’une flèche de grue déplaçable en relevage et en abaissement par un treuil (3) intégrant un moteur (30) entraînant un tambour (31) sur lequel est enroulé un câble et solidaire d’une platine (40) pourvue de trous de verrouillage (41) oblongs arqués, comprenant : - mesure d’un paramètre de vitesse (PM) représentatif d’une vitesse angulaire de la flèche ; - commande du moteur pour déplacer la flèche avec une limitation du paramètre de vitesse à une première valeur maximale (V1) et une limitation d’un couple moteur à une première valeur limite (C1), jusqu’à atteindre une position angulaire dans laquelle un verrou (42) est aligné sur un trou de verrouillage, puis son verrouillage dans le trou de verrouillage ; - commande du moteur pour déplacer la flèche en abaissement avec une limitation du paramètre de vitesse à une seconde valeur maximale (V2) et une limitation du couple moteur à une seconde valeur limite (C2), jusqu’à ce que le paramètre de vitesse soit nul pendant une durée prédéterminée pour stopper le moteur.
