Abstract

L’invention concerne un cartouche d’analyse (1) pour la détection et/ou l’analyse d’une espèce susceptible d’être présente dans un liquide, la cartouche d’analyse (1) étant pourvue d’une face avant et d’une face arrière opposée à la face avant, la cartouche comprend en outre : - au moins une chambre d’analyse (5) micro fluidique destinée à recevoir le liquide, l’au moins une chambre micro fluidique étant formée dans la cartouche, et comprend un fond (5a) ; - au moins un premier amas (9) formé de nanoparticules magnétiques maintenues entre elles, et sur lesquelles des agents de capture sont greffés, lesdits agents de capture étant configurés pour se lier spécifiquement avec l’espèce, l’au moins un premier amas (9) étant adhérant sur le fond (5a).
