Abstract
L’invention porte sur un procédé et un dispositif d’analyse d’un liquide susceptible de contenir un analyte. Le procédé d’analyse comprend une étape d’acquisition d’une image numérique d’une surface d’analyse pendant une période d’exposition, à l’aide d’un dispositif de prise de vue présentant un axe optique dirigé vers la surface d’analyse, l’image numérique présentant une variation spatiale d’intensité conforme à un motif de détection lorsque l’analyte est présent dans l’échantillon. Il comprend également une étape de traitement de l’image numérique pour y repérer la variation spatiale d’intensité. Selon l’invention, pendant une partie au moins de la période d’exposition, le support d’analyse est disposé dans un champ magnétique dit « d’illumination » produit par une source magnétique d’illumination. Le champ magnétique d’illumination est parallèle à l’axe optique du dispositif de prise de vue sur une partie au moins de la surface d’analyse. Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : 11
