Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une structure d’absorption acoustique, structure d’absorption acoustique ainsi obtenue L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d’une structure d’absorption acoustique (26) comprenant une pluralité d’éléments acoustiques (34), chacun d’eux étant positionné dans l’une des alvéoles (36) d’un panneau alvéolaire (30). Le procédé comprend une étape de fabrication d’éléments acoustiques (34) pourvus d’au moins deux languettes radiales (50, 52), une étape de fabrication d’un panneau alvéolaire (30) pourvu de lumières (54, 56) configurées pour loger les languettes radiales (50, 52) de chaque élément acoustique (34), une étape d’insertion en force de chaque élément acoustique (34) dans une des alvéoles (36) du panneau alvéolaire (30) jusqu’à ce que les languettes radiales (50, 52) se logent dans les lumières (54, 56). L’invention a également pour objet une structure d’absorption acoustique obtenue à partir de ce procédé. Ce procédé de fabrication permet de pouvoir robotiser la mise en place des éléments acoustiques dans le panneau alvéolaire tout en limitant la masse embarquée. Figure 7
