Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une roue, le procédé comprenant une étape de réalisation d’une jante (1) sur un bord périphérique radialement externe (22) d’une âme porteuse (2), lors de l’étape on place ladite âme porteuse (2), qui s’étend depuis une paroi radialement interne (21) formant un alésage d’axe directeur (XX’), correspondant à l’axe de rotation de la roue, jusqu’au bord périphérique (22), dans un moule (3) formé par au moins une première partie (31) et une deuxième partie (32), puis on injecte au moyen d’au moins une buse d’injection (4) un matériau d’injection de sorte à enrober, par surmoulage, au moins partiellement ladite âme porteuse (2) afin de former la jante (1), caractérisé en ce que après l’injection du matériau d’injection, la première partie (31) du moule (3) et la deuxième partie (32) du moule (3) sont rapprochées l’une de l’autre de sorte que le matériau d’injection est comprimé dans le moule (3).
