L’invention concerne un noyau (1000) pour planche de glisse, comportant une face inférieure définissant un plan (P) comportant un axe longitudinal orienté selon la longueur de la planche et un axe transversal, orienté selon la largeur de la planche, le noyau (1000) présentant une épaisseur mesurée selon une direction perpendiculaire à ladite face inférieure du noyau (1000), ledit noyau (1000) comportant : au moins un élément en bois contreplaqué d’un premier type (100) comportant une alternance de couches (101) présentant des fibres de bois orientées selon l’axe longitudinal et de couches (102) présentant des fibres de bois orientées selon l’axe transversal, et au moins un élément en bois contreplaqué d’un second type (110) comportant une alternance de couches (111) de fibres de bois orientées selon l’axe longitudinal et de couches (112) présentant des fibres de bois orientées selon l’épaisseur du noyau (1000).
