Abstract

Effecteur de soudage dynamique de pièces en matériau composite Effecteur de soudage dynamique (13) d’au moins deux pièces (17) en matériau composite comportant une matrice polymère thermoplastique, l’effecteur (13) comportant : au moins un dispositif de chauffage (11), notamment par induction ou par ultrasons, de manière à chauffer au moins une des pièces (17) et au moins un dispositif presseur (12) comportant un élément central (25) et une bande de roulement (18) entourant l’élément central (25) et mobile en déplacement autour de celui-ci, de telle sorte que, lorsque l’effecteur (13) en fonctionnement se déplace relativement aux pièces (17) :la bande de roulement (18) tourne en boucle fermée autour de l’élément central (25), la boucle étant circulaire ou non circulaire,une partie de la bande de roulement (18) est en contact via une surface d’appui instantanée (19) avec une surface extérieure (16) d’au moins l’une desdites pièces (17), la partie de la bande roulement formant la surface d’appui (19) variant lors du déplacement de l’effecteur (13), etexerce une pression surfacique sur ladite surface extérieure (16).
