Abstract

L’invention concerne une boîte de calibrage et d’évacuation des particules issues d’un broyeur de végétaux comportant un carter (1) sensiblement cylindrique avec une ouverture inférieure (5) frontale pour l’admission des particules en provenance du broyeur et une ouverture tangentielle (6) prolongée d’une goulotte supérieure pour la sortie des particules calibrées, caractérisée en ce que qu’elle comporte - un disque(7) monté tournant dans le carter (1) avec, à sa périphérie et en débord de sa face tournée vers l’ouverture inférieure (5), une grille (9)de calibrage et - au moins un couteau fixe (11) solidaire du carter (1) dont le fil (11a) est situé au voisinage immédiat de la grille (9), à l’intérieur de celle-ci, - des ailettes (10) sensiblement radiales pour former en tournant avec le disque (7) un moyen de transport des particules à l’intérieur du carter (1) depuis l’ouverture d’admission (5) jusqu’à l’ouverture tangentielle (6) de sortie, au travers de la grille (9) de calibrage.
