Abstract

L’invention concerne un microcompartiment cellulaire en trois dimensions ou un ensemble de microcompartiments cellulaires en trois dimensions de forme ovoïde, cylindrique, sphéroïde ou sphérique ou sensiblement ovoïde, cylindrique, sphéroïde ou sphérique, comprenant une couche externe en hydrogel définissant une partie interne (14), ladite partie interne comprenant au moins :- des éléments de matrice extracellulaire, et- au moins deux cystes, chaque cyste étant formé par au moins une couche de cellules humaines ou animales organisée en trois dimensions autour d’une lumière,le plus petit rayon ou le rayon moyen de la partie interne étant d’au moins 100 µm. L’invention a également pour objet un procédé de préparation d’un tel microcompartiment ou ensemble de microcompartiment.
