Dispositif de détection (1, 2) pour détecter une présence d’un scellé (7) sur une porte (61) d’un contenant (6), ledit scellé (7) comprenant au moins un élément métallique, ledit dispositif de détection (1, 2) comprenant une partie de traitement (3) reliée électriquement à une partie de détection de présence (4), ladite partie de détection de présence (4) étant munie d’un orifice (42) traversant entouré par une bobine de détection (43), ladite bobine de détection (43) étant configurée pour détecter une variation d’inductance lors d’une introduction ou d’un retrait du scellé (7) dans l’orifice (42), caractérisé en ce que la partie de détection de présence (4) est configurée pour être fixée de manière mobile et de manière non démontable sur une première face de ladite porte (61).
