Abstract

La présente demande de certificat d’utilité concerne un dispositif de conditionnement rechargeable, de préférence de produits cosmétiques, comprenant un contenant externe (1) comprenant des encoches (6) localisées sur le rebord supérieur (10) d’une ouverture et au moins un aimant (7) localisé au fond dudit contenant externe (17) ou sur le pourtour de ladite ouverture (27), soit au niveau du rebord supérieur (10), soit au niveau d’un épaulement interne (11) dudit contenant externe (1). ; une capsule amovible (2) comprenant des ergots (5) localisés sur le rebord externe (4) de ladite capsule amovible (2) et emboitables au niveau des encoches (6) bordant le rebord supérieur (10) dudit contenant externe (1) ; et une bague de maintien annulaire (8) comprenant au moins un aimant (12) permettant le maintien de ladite capsule amovible (2) audit contenant externe (1). La présente invention concerne également une utilisation dudit dispositif de conditionnement rechargeable pour conditionner une composition cosmétique.
