Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une aube (20) comprenant les étapes suivantes : (a) fournir une pale (21), présentant un axe d’allongement (Z) et comprenant un bord d’attaque (23) et un bord de fuite (24) reliés par une face intrados (25b) et une face extrados (25a) opposée à la face intrados (25b), (b) fournir un bouclier de protection (26), (c) disposer une couche de colle (27) sur une surface externe de la pale (21) ou sur une surface interne du bouclier de protection (26), (d) assembler le bouclier de protection (26) métallique sur la pale (21), le bord d’attaque (23) étant recouvert par le bouclier de protection (26), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend en outre l’étape suivante : (e) insérer un insert (28) dans la couche de colle (27), l’insert (28) présentant une cavité interne (28a) et s’étendant suivant l’axe d’allongement (Z) parallèlement au bord d’attaque (23).
