Abstract

L’invention concerne un dispositif de test (1), comprenant :- un support (2) présentant un renfoncement (23) comprenant un fond (24) et une paroi latérale (25), et- une membrane poreuse (3) fixée sur une surface du support (1) entourant le renfoncement (23), de manière à délimiter une cavité (4) propre à contenir un liquide entre le fond (24) et la membrane poreuse (3), de sorte qu’en appliquant une pression sur le liquide contenu dans la cavité (4), le liquide s’échappe de la cavité (4) à travers la membrane poreuse (3),dans lequel le support (1) comprend des plots (28) s’étendant en saillie à partir du fond (24), chaque plot (28) comprenant une première extrémité reliée au fond (24) et une deuxième extrémité, opposée à la première extrémité, propre à entrer en contact avec la membrane poreuse (3) pour limiter une déformation de la membrane poreuse (3).
