Abstract

L’invention a pour objet un système intra-utérin dégradable pour la libération d’un hémostatique dans la cavité utérine comprenant  une matrice polymérique dégradable à base de copolymères comprenant au moins un copolymère blocs A et B, et un hémostatique destiné à être libéré dans la cavité utérine, dans lequel : le bloc A est un polyester ; le bloc B est un poly(oxyéthylène) (PEO) ; la masse moléculaire en poids des blocs B est supérieure ou égale à 50 kDa ; et le ratio molaire motif éthylène oxyde/motif ester est compris entre 0,5 et 5 . L’invention concerne également un hémostatique pour son utilisation dans le traitement d’une hémorragie utérine, dans lequel l’hémostatique est délivré dans la cavité intra-utérine au moyen d’un système intra-utérin dégradable selon l’invention.
