Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une aube (10) en matériau composite pour une turbomachine, en particulier d’aéronef, comprenant les étapes consistant à : - réaliser une première préforme (26) d’un longeron (24), par tissage de fibres en trois dimensions, - réaliser une seconde préforme (16) d’une pale (12), par tissage de fibres en trois dimensions, - loger une première partie de la première préforme (26) dans un évidement (12c) de la seconde préforme (16), - positionner un bouclier métallique (22) sur un bord de la seconde préforme (16), et - réaliser une unique étape de cuisson simultanée dans un moule des première et seconde préformes (16, 26) en vue de former simultanément la pale (12) et le longeron (24), et de fixer le bouclier (22) à la pale (12).
