Abstract

Serveur multimédia propre à être embarqué à bord d’un aéronef, système de divertissement, procédé et programme d’ordinateur associés L’invention concerne un serveur multimédia (24) embarqué à bord d’un aéronef (10) comprenant : une base de données comprenant une partie permanente et une partie temporaire, la partie temporaire étant vide à chaque décollage de l’aéronef;un module de réception d’une requête d’un terminal comprenant une demande de lecture d’un fichier multimédia d’intérêt ;un module de traitement configuré pour vérifier si le fichier multimédia d’intérêt est présent dans la base de données ;un module de communication externe configuré pour transmettre ladite requête à un système externe (60) lorsque le fichier multimédia d’intérêt n’est pas présent dans la base de données et pour recevoir le fichier multimédia d’intérêt et le stocker dans la partie temporaire; etun module de transmission du fichier multimédia d’intérêt au terminal.
