Abstract
[La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de dommages cutanés dus à la lumière, comprenant l’administration topique à un sujet qui en éprouve le besoin d’une composition comprenant une quantité suffisante d’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana, de lysat de Micrococcus et d’extrait de plancton pour traiter simultanément les dommages causés par l’exposition de la peau aux UVA, aux UVB, à la lumière infrarouge, à la lumière visible ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.

Description
Contexte
[La peau humaine est constamment exposée à la lumière du soleil. Le rayonnement solaire atteignant la surface terrestre comprend un rayonnement ultraviolet (UV) (290 à 400 nm), de la lumière visible (400 à 760 nm) et un rayonnement infrarouge (IR) (760 nm à 1 mm). Chacune de ces longueurs d’onde génère des dommages de l’ADN spécifiques, tels que des dommages oxydatifs (comme la 8-oxoguanine) et des dimères cyclobutyliques de pyrimidine (CPD). Les dommages de l’ADN contribuent au vieillissement prématuré de la peau.
Résumé
L’invention concerne des compositions et des procédés de réparation de dommages de l’ADN induits par les UVB, les UVA, la lumière visible, notamment la lumière bleue et l’infrarouge. On sait aujourd’hui que l’application, notamment topique, d’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana, de lysat de Micrococcus et d’extrait de plancton seuls et/ou en combinaison permet de minimiser et/ou de prévenir, y compris d’inverser, les micro- et macro-manifestations moléculaires du vieillissement cutané, notamment le vieillissement cutané dû à la lumière UV, VIS, IR, et/ou les photodommages.

Il inclut des longueurs d’onde dans l’UV, la lumière bleue en tant que partie de la lumière visible et l’infrarouge.

Claims (14)
- Composition comprenant une quantité suffisante d’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana, de lysat de Micrococcus et d’extrait de plancton pour utilisation pour traiter simultanément les dommages causés par l’exposition de la peau aux UVA, aux UVB, à la lumière infrarouge, à la lumière visible ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
- Composition comprenant une quantité suffisante d’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana, de lysat de Micrococcus et d’extrait de plancton pour utilisation pour de réparer simultanément des dommages de l’ADN dans des cellules cutanées causés par l’exposition de la peau à la lumière visible, aux UVB, aux UVA, à la lumière visible et/ou infrarouge, dans laquelle la composition est appliquée topiquement sur des cellules cutanées.
- Composition comprenant une quantité suffisante d’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana, de lysat de Micrococcus et d’extrait de plancton pour utilisation pour réduire le vieillissement prématuré de la peau, dans laquelle la composition est appliquée topiquement sur des cellules cutanées.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle les dommages de l’ADN sont dus à une exposition à la lumière bleue, dans laquelle les dommages de l’ADN sont des dommages oxydatifs de l’ADN et/ou des dommages de l’ADN de type dimères cyclobutaniques de pyrimidine (CPD), dans laquelle les dommages par lumière bleue sont détectés par un test des comètes à l’aide de formamidopyrimidine DNA glycosylase (FPG) ou d’endonucléase T4 V afin de détecter des bases d’ADN oxydées et des dimères cyclobutaniques de pyrimidine (CPD), respectivement.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la composition comprend en outre de la créatine.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la composition comprend environ 0,00005 % à 0,002 % (p/p) d’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la composition comprend environ 0,00005 % à 0,02 % (p/p) de lysat de Micrococcus.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle la composition comprend environ 0,00005 % à 0,02 % (p/p) d’extrait de plancton.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle les dommages de l’ADN sont des dimères cyclobutaniques de pyrimidine (CPD) et/ou des lésions oxydatives.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle l’extrait d’Arabidopsiscomprend de l’oxo-guanine glycosylase-1 (OGG1), le lysat de Micrococcus comprend de l’UV-endonucléase et l’extrait de plancton comprend de la photolyase.
- Composition selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle la composition comprend en outre un liposome.
- Composition selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le liposome est la lécithine.
- Composition selon la revendication 11, dans laquelle le liposome comprend de la phosphatidyléthanolamine, de la phosphatidylcholine, de l’hémisuccinate de cholestéryle ou une combinaison de ceux-ci.
- Composition comprenant de l’extrait de plancton (photolyase), de l’extrait d’Arabidopsis thaliana(oxo-guanine glycosylase-1 (OGG-1)) et du lysat de Micrococcus (UV-endonucléase).]
