Dispositif de Turbine à Portance Active avec une turbine interne Comme pour le brevet Éolienne à axe verticale notamment de type Darrieus (N° et date de publication EP2183479 -12/05/2010) , l’invention utilise des vérins (3), mais le fluide issu de ces vérins sert à entraîner un rotor interne (5) et non externe pour obtenir un couple moteur supplémentaire à la turbine à portance active.
