Abstract
Selon un aspect, il est proposé un dispositif électronique comprenant :- une borne d’alimentation (BA), - un régulateur de tension (LDO) connecté à la borne d’alimentation, - un module électronique (CPU) connecté au régulateur de tension (LDO), - un circuit de compensation (JSCR) configuré pour recevoir un courant auxiliaire (Iaux) généré par le régulateur de tension et étant égal à une première fraction du courant de module électronique (Ivdd), le circuit de compensation comportant : ○ une source de courant (SC) configurée pour fournir vers un point froid un courant de source (Isrc), ○ un étage de compensation (CSTG) connecté à la borne d’alimentation et étant traversé par un courant intermédiaire (Iint) égal à une différence entre le courant de source (Isrc) et le courant auxiliaire (Iaux) et par un courant complémentaire (ISMT) égal au courant intermédiaire multiplié (Iint) par un facteur de multiplication inverse de ladite première fraction.
