Titre de l’invention Dispositif de délivrance de NO avec circuit de secours à débit contrôlé L’invention concerne un dispositif de fourniture de NO (1) comprenant des moyens de pilotage (900) à microprocesseur ; un circuit principal de gaz (200) avec des moyens de contrôle de débit de NO/N2 (202) pilotés ; un circuit de secours (110, 120) comprenant un circuit de NO de secours (110) et un circuit d’O2 de secours (120) ; et des moyens de réglage de teneur en NO pour fournir cette teneur en NO désirée aux moyens de pilotage (900) qui sont configurés pour, en réponse à la réception d’un signal d’activation, calculer un débit de mélange NO/N2 à fournir correspondant à la teneur en NO désirée et piloter les moyens de contrôle de débit de NO/N2 (202) pour fournir un débit de mélange NO/N2 calculé. Installation (100) d’administration de gaz thérapeutique contenant du NO, à un patient (P) comprenant un tel dispositif de fourniture de NO (1) relié à un circuit de gaz respiratoire (3) raccordé à un ventilateur médical (2).
