Abstract

L’invention concerne un élément constructif (1) pour habitation à ossature bois, comprenant : -des première et deuxième lambourdes de bois (11, 12) présentant une longueur comprise entre 2400 et 3500 mm, espacées d’une distance comprise entre 170 et 440 mm selon une direction transversale, et présentant chacune une section transversale sensiblement rectangulaire avec une largeur comprise entre 80 et 110mm selon une direction transversale et une épaisseur comprise entre 40 et 60mm selon une direction d’épaisseur ; -des première et deuxième traverses de bois (13, 14); -des première et deuxième entretoises de bois (15, 16) disposées entre les première et deuxième lambourdes de bois (11,12) et inclinées avec un angle compris entre 10 et 25° par rapport à la direction longitudinale, les inclinaisons des première et deuxième entretoises (15, 16) étant opposées; -des connecteurs métalliques (2) solidarisant lesdites entretoises aux lambourdes et solidarisant lesdites traverses aux lambourdes.
