Abstract

L’objet de la présente invention est un dispositif destiné à aider au transfert du vin d’une cuve à une barrique dit entonnage. Il est constitué d’un plateau d’entonnage en matière composite transparente associé à une bonde en matière souple, transparente et de forme conique. Le plateau d’entonnage est maintenu solidement sur la barrique grâce au cadre fixé de chaque côté qui constitue une glissière verticale qui laisse monter et descendre un deuxième cadre contenant des aimants à chaque extrémité qui bloque le dispositif en s’aimantant sur les cerclages métalliques de la barrique. Le dispositif selon la présente est destiné à faciliter l’entonnage des barriques et d’éviter de les souiller par les débordements de vin lors du remplissage.
