Abstract
L’invention concerne un milieu réactionnel gélifié pour la détection, l’identification, le dénombrement et/ou l’isolement d’au moins un micro-organisme cible dans un échantillon susceptible de le contenir comprenant au moins un partenaire de liaison spécifique d’un composant d’un micro-organisme cible ou d’un composant issu dudit micro-organisme, couplé à au moins une nanoparticule pour former au moins un conjugué agglutinant.
