Abstract

Aube ou pale à tissage continu entre le pied et le profil aérodynamique L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une aube ou d’une pale d’hélice en matériau composite comprenant : - la réalisation par tissage tridimensionnel d’une ébauche de peau (100) comprenant une partie de pied (112) et une partie de profil aérodynamique (111), - la réalisation par tissage d’au moins une ébauche de comblement (200) comprenant une partie de comblement de pied (212) et une partie de comblement de profil aérodynamique (211), - la mise en forme de l’ébauche de peau (100) par l’insertion d’au moins une ébauche de comblement (200) dans le logement interne (140) de la partie de profil aérodynamique (111) de la première ébauche (100) de manière à obtenir une préforme fibreuse de l’aube ou de la pale d’hélice, - la densification de la préforme par une matrice pour obtenir une aube ou une pale d’hélice en matériau composite.
