Abstract

Méthode d’assemblage d’un panneau avec raidisseur et poste d’assemblage associé Cette méthode d’assemblage d’une pièce comportant un raidisseur et un panneau, le panneau étant incurvé cylindrique en arc de cercle autour d’un axe central et définissant une rainure, la méthode comportant le soudage par friction malaxage du raidisseur inséré dans la rainure, par l’intermédiaire d’une tête de soudage (52) comprenant un pion rotatif (56). Le soudage par friction malaxage comprenant une phase de travail comprenant, de manière conjointe : * application d’une force de forgeage par la tête de soudage (52) sur le panneau selon un axe de forgeage et rotation du pion rotatif (56) selon l’axe de forgeage, et ; * rotation orbitale, autour de l’axe central, de l’ensemble panneau et raidisseur, pour former un cordon de soudure, l’axe de rotation du pion rotatif (56) étant maintenu fixe par rapport à l’axe central au cours de ladite rotation orbitale.
